Flowers grow in a dark cave. On the top right is a symbol that I designed to represent stochasticism. It's a ball that bounces around inside a circle forever.

This painting was made as a poster for my class on Digital Painting at UCLA, which I taught in 2016.

An oven mitt makes the body up of a smiling character whose face is a sample of the Brian Eno album: Neroli or (Thinking Music IV) A tiny blue man holding a dead flower can be seen at the top of the picture.

Kitty (Deathwish) hides below a floating enter key. Many of the shadows and textures are sampled from craft foam here.

A portrait of my Dad as a flower all made in my own program Finger Quilt.

Some pieces of wood outside my parents' cabin in Maine allowed me to construct this figure shooting a dandelion.

The extension cord in the yard outside the cabin was used to construct a line drawing in Finger Quilt.

Lali lies next to a quilted pillow kid made by my mom, inscribed with my old nickname: Jeff-X. A close-up CD jewel case descends.

Kid Pix Inventor Craig Hickman sits with his son as the word "Rand" shoots out from them. Meanwhile, a crying kid surfs their vibes as it rains hashtags.

This is the class syllabus for my UCLA Digital Painting class in 2016. All my documents for that class were made as digital paintings.
